Creator Program Terms

The PlotToTable Creator Program is run by Sandy Point Holdings Inc. (“we,” “us”). By joining, you agree to these terms. We keep them in plain English on purpose.
1. Referrals and tracking
Your personal link sets a 60-day tracking cookie. A referral counts when someone who used your link becomes a paying member (monthly, annual, or a one-time plan purchase) within those 60 days. If two creators' links were clicked, the most recent click wins. We do not credit referrals we cannot track — tell your audience to use your link.
2. Bounties
Each paid referral earns a one-time bounty based on your lifetime referral tier and the plan purchased, as published on the Creator Program page. Bounties are one-time payments. There is no recurring or lifetime revenue share. Tier increases apply to referrals from that point forward, not retroactively. We may change future bounty amounts with 30 days' notice; bounties already earned are not affected.
3. Refund hold and reversals
A bounty unlocks only after the referred member is past their refund window: after a monthly member's second successful payment, or 45 days after an annual or one-time purchase. If the member refunds, disputes the charge, or cancels before the bounty unlocks, the bounty is reversed and is not owed. Once unlocked, it will be paid.
4. Payouts and taxes
We pay unlocked bounties monthly (PayPal, or another method we agree on). US creators who earn $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed W-9; we issue a 1099 as required by law. You are responsible for your own taxes.
5. Honest promotion (FTC)
You must clearly disclose that you earn from your link, per FTC guidelines — a plain “I earn a commission if you join through my link” near the link is enough. Don't make claims about PlotToTable that aren't true, and don't promise results we don't promise.
6. What's not allowed
No self-referrals or referring your own household. No coupon-site posting, spam, or bought traffic. No paid search ads on “PlotToTable” or confusingly similar terms. No implying you are PlotToTable. We may reverse bounties earned through any of these and may remove a creator from the program at any time for abuse; you may leave at any time. Unlocked, legitimately earned bounties are paid out either way.
