Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about what you pay for. This policy explains how refunds work for PlotToTable, operated by Sandy Point Holdings Inc. If something is not right, email us at support@plottotable.com and we will help.
Annual plan: 30-day money-back guarantee
The $59 Annual plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to your first annual charge; renewals follow the subscription terms below.
Monthly plan and renewals
You can cancel your Premium subscription any time from your account. When you cancel, your Premium access stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. For the monthly plan and for annual renewals, we do not automatically prorate or refund the remaining days of a period.
If you were charged by accident, for example a renewal you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will work with you in good faith to make it right, which may include a refund.
The $129 Lifetime plan
The one-time Lifetime purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 30 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, and your access never expires.
The $12 Custom Plan
The $12 Custom Plan covers one garden, every crop, as a printable field guide, and it never expires: print it, save the PDF, or come back to it anytime. Reprinting is always free and unlimited. The plan includes 3 edits, so you can rebuild your garden up to 3 times; after the third, the plan is final.
You can have your money back in full any time before you use your first edit. You pay before you build, so this is our way of making sure you are not buying blind: build your plan, look it over, and if it is not what you wanted, reply to your receipt and we will refund you. After the first edit it is non-refundable, because by then the plan has been produced specifically for you and rebuilt to your instructions. If the file failed to deliver or will not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund the purchase.
The $149 Preparedness Playbook
The Playbook is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full preparedness library and lifetime Premium across the whole site, available the moment you buy it. Like the Custom Plan, it is a digital product delivered immediately, so it is non-refundable once delivered. If something did not unlock, or the library is not what the page described, email us and we will make it right. The $20 Playbook upgrade for existing Lifetime members works the same way.
How to request
Email support@plottotable.com from the address on your account. Tell us what you bought and what went wrong. We aim to reply within a few business days.
