Switching planners

Bring your garden over.
Keep it forever.

Coming from GrowVeg, the Almanac Garden Planner, or a seed spreadsheet? Paste your crop list below. We match it to our catalog and build your PlotToTable plan in about a minute: exact plant counts, sow dates for your ZIP code, and a bed map you never have to draw. Free, no account.

Why people switch

  • Your plans stay yours. Cancel a subscription planner and your garden locks. Cancel here and every saved plan stays viewable forever. We think anything else is theft.
  • No drawing. Other planners start with a blank grid. We start with what your family eats and compute the garden backward: counts, spacing, dates, and the bed map.
  • Fell behind? One click. Rigid date schedules are the most common complaint long-term users report. Replan from today recalculates your whole season, no guilt.
  • Dates from your ZIP code. Not a zone chart: your own last and first frost drive every sow date.

Switching questions

Will my old plans stop working when I cancel my other planner?+

With most subscription planners, yes: your garden locks or disappears when you stop paying. That is the number one complaint against them. At PlotToTable every plan you save stays viewable forever, paid or not. We keep that promise in code: paid plans have no expiry.

Do I have to redraw my garden?+

No. PlotToTable never asks you to draw anything. Paste your crop list, tell us your ZIP code and how many people you feed, and the bed map, plant counts, and season calendar are computed for you.

What if a crop doesn't match?+

The import shows exactly which lines matched and which didn't. Unmatched crops can be searched in the wizard's full catalog, and Premium's My Vegetables lets you add anything we don't carry with your own dates.

Does the import cost anything?+

No. The import, the plan, and your first 3 crops in full detail are free, with no card and no account. Upgrades exist if you want every crop unlocked, but switching costs nothing.
