Terms of Service
Last updated July 12, 2026.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sandy Point Holdings Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “PlotToTable”) covering your use of the PlotToTable website and service at plottotable.com (the “Service”). By creating an account, generating a plan, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What PlotToTable does
PlotToTable takes what you want to eat, for how many people, and your location, and produces a vegetable garden plan: how much space you need, how many plants and seeds, when to sow each round, a season calendar, and an estimate of the grocery value the plan could grow. Plans are generated from your inputs and general horticultural data.
2. Your account
Some features require an account tied to your email address. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us at support@plottotable.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful, personal gardening purposes. Do not misuse it: no scraping or bulk extraction, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, no reselling the output as your own product, and nothing that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Premium is offered at $7.99 per month, $59 per year, or $129 once for lifetime access. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and your Premium access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change, and we will give notice of a change before it applies to your next renewal. Taxes may be added where required.
5. One-time purchases
The $12 Custom Plan covers ONE garden and includes 3 regenerations of that plan; after the third, the plan is final. Reprinting, downloading, and viewing it remain unlimited for as long as we run the Service, and it includes one photorealistic garden image. It is a one-time purchase that unlocks your whole garden as a printable field guide on demand. Your unlocked plan does not expire. The $149 Preparedness Playbook is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full preparedness library together with lifetime Premium access; existing Lifetime members can add it for $20. Because each is produced and delivered when you buy it, please see our Refund Policy for how returns work.
6. Plans are estimates, not guarantees
PlotToTable gives planning estimates. Frost dates, yields, spacing, days to maturity, and grocery values are approximations based on general data and your inputs. Real results depend on weather, soil, pests, seed quality, and how the garden is tended, all of which are outside our control. The Service is not professional agricultural, horticultural, nutritional, or financial advice. Use your own judgment and adjust to your conditions.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any estimate will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sandy Point Holdings Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, crops, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or twenty US dollars.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Georgia are the proper venue for any dispute that is not resolved informally.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
