PlotToTable is run by Sandy Point Holdings Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “PlotToTable”). Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. This page explains what that means and the simple rule we hold ourselves to.
The short version
When you click some of our links and buy something, we may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. The price is the same whether you use our link or not. We only point to seeds and gear we would use in our own garden, and a commission never changes what we pick or the order we list it in.
How we choose what to recommend
We pick gear and seeds on merit: does it do the job, will it last, and is it fair value for a home gardener. We choose the product first, then add a buying link if a program is available. We never pick a product because it pays more. If the best choice has no affiliate link, we still tell you to buy it.
Amazon
PlotToTable is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a way for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
Other partners
Over time we add seed companies, tool makers, and garden suppliers as partners so we can link you straight to the right product. The same rule covers every one of them: we recommend it because it is good, not because it pays. Some links on the site may point to a store we do not yet earn from. Those still go to a product we stand behind.
Creators who recommend us
Some gardening creators earn a one-time referral bounty when someone they send becomes a paying PlotToTable member. Creators in our program are required to disclose that relationship in their content, per FTC guidelines. Your price is the same either way. In fact, creator links usually carry a welcome discount.
What this costs you
Nothing. Affiliate commissions are paid by the store out of its own margin, not added to your price. The commissions help keep the core garden planner free to use.
Your privacy when you click
Our buying links pass through a redirect on our own site so we can see which products are useful. We log the product and the page the click came from. We do not attach your name, email, or any personal detail to a click. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
